Eyewitnesses described how the truck lost control and ran into traders who were hawking in the area.
Akua Serwaa, a 51-year-old resident of Antoa in the Kwabre East District, relied on selling cabbages at Dr. Mensah Market to make a living. The incident, which occurred on Thursday, May 4, 2023, has left the victim's family, the community, and all those who knew her in mourning.
